What a great summer! I felt like it was jam packed, but we created a lot of great memories. It was a hot one looking back, but we did plenty to stay cool! As always, so many fun times, so often I'd forget my camera...but here are some of the events that took place where I did remember it (and actually took the camera out!)
and a walk to the park!

Macy and Lily
All aboard!
Jimmy Dean greeted Joel with a good luck sign!
Dave, Rachel and I went to the ATP semi-finals to watch Andy Roddick play Fish. We had amazing seats...but the truly amazing part was we got them for free from a kind lady at the library who just gave them to me. The library rocks!
Nice close-up view of Roddick. :)

A few random pics - the one above of Lily at the petting zoo. The one below of Lily being goofy with a towel on her head. She insisted on wearing it around one morning.
I spy...my little baby sitting on the potty! She's not quite ready for it yet, but she's getting used to the idea!

Here are a few pics from my friend Alicia's wedding. It was beautiful! The rehearsal was at the Wiedemann mansion in Newport that had a stunning view of the city, and the wedding was at Alms park. We had a great time! I'm so excited because Alicia is due a month after me and will be taking off for the same maternity schedule. I anticipate a lot of baby get togethers!

Making a fort with Daddy.

Peek a boo!
Of course you need a flashlight in the fort!
We took Lil' to the Indian Hill 4th of July parade. She had a blast! We ran in a 1 mile race (that's quite short you say...well, I was 18 months pregnant and had a baby jogger and dog...so I was just happy we ran it and finished!) Afterwards they had a great parade.
Shannon - my very good friend from grade school/high school came to visit from New Hampshire. Her sister Angela still lives in Cincy and was a year below me in school, so it was so fun to see everyone! This was my first time meeting Shannon's cute little son so we were super excited! We were lucky to spend so much time together - they visited for dinner, we had them over to my parent's pool and visited the last day at her sister Angela's for brunch. So fun being together again! Just wish they lived closer...
